For me, they are con artists and not a serious business. After a major car accident, my assistance rented me a car from them to be able to continue my trip home (Budapest - France). Even though I wasn't the one who made the rental, they pre-authorized 600 euros on my card, \for eventual damage to the car\. I didn't mind, also they seemed very nice people. I gave the car back 2 hours later than the due time, having driven 2000 kms between Hungary and France. They told me everything is ok and they would release the deposit the next day. I asked if I need to sign anything to attest of the rental ending time, of the state of the car etc. They said no, because it's the assistance and not myself who made the rental. 4 days later, they sent me an invoice for 54 euros. I asked why, apparently they were billing me 1 day of rental. We exchanged a few emails, they answered \We are working with full days which means even if you are late by 10 minutes you already started a new full day\, also they added a false return time stamp on the car rental agreement with my signature on it. I was never warned of the possibility of having to pay for an extra day if I'm a bit late, I didn't even know how much they charged per day, given I wasn't the one who made the rental, on the contrary I was constantly reassured that \everything is ok\.

Very bad experience with the rental car. We got a rental car city and the car stopped working one day before we had to deliver it. The car had a device other programming devieron well and kept boot. We were doing a tour of the Balkans and we were drawn in Belgrade. The only solution we had was to wait for another car to be delivered from Budapest. We waited 9 hours on the street with bags. We had to get to Budapest at 2pm and arrived at 2.30 am losing our hotel night. When I called customer service they took two hours to give a solution. We could not complain. All workers who attended told us that they had nothing to do and told us to send an email to complain. We lost our last day of vacation thanks to an error of them and no one has asked us to apologize. At the airport to deliver the car also threatened us with the parking we had to pay us if we did not hurry to give the papers. Consumption will complain to the European Union. It's been a shame.

It is so bad car service. I got problem with my car, then stuff form hotel suggested to me Avalon car service. I brought my car to them, and was waiting two days just to check my car. After two days no respond of anyone from service, after I called them, they just started to check my care, and then they told to me that they can not repair my car, and can not solve problem, but I had to pay 100 for nothing.

Néhány hete voltam itt hátsó féktárcsa és fékbetét cserén, és röviden összefoglalva: az Avalon Bosch Service-hez fogható professzionalizmussal még nem találkoztam. Bővebben: 1. Rögtön válaszoltak az e-mailre; 2. Gyorsan időpontot kaptam, ami előtt egy nappal telefonhívással emlékeztettek; 3. A másfél-két óra becsült szervízidő helyett két-két és fél órát tartott a szerelés, a fél óra csúszás miatt többször is elnézést kértek, amihez nem szoktam hozzá.. Az alkatrészek minőségét a Bosch szavatolja, az áraik -természetesen számlával - jobbak, mint a (Toyota) márkaszervízé. A javítás idejére ülőhelyet, vizet és kávét biztosítottak, ahol gyakorlatilag végig dolgozni tudtam a laptopomon. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Gyors és kedves kiszolgálás, árajánlat a javításról, telefonos értesítés ha kész a kocsi! Már pedig gyorsan kész, nem két három nap, hanem még aznap, átvehető zárás után is. A kormány és az ülés lefoliazva, ez apróság de megmarad a figyelmesség. Én tuti vissza viszem ide a kocsit máskor is. Ajánlom mindenkinek aki megbízható műhelyt keres.
