I was asked (in 2021 yes indeed) for \dosar cu sina\ ... it is a medieval approach about almost every request ... many people complaining, civil servants are nervous, hard to understand why procedures cannot be digitalised or at least simplified

Nice and polite staff, but the building looks like a war zone. Too crowded. The paid parking nearby is on a rough terrain. Having a low car it's a bit difficult to maneuver between the pits in the concrete (I think that's why people park on the sides of the road blocking it almost completely. A stupid blonde stoped right in the middle of what space remained speaking on the phone. Asked me to wait till she finishes. omfg.) Oh, and by the way, the guardian at the entrance might be THE chief in this building. :))

There was some waiting outside more for Bucharest less for Ilfov; Based on reason you get invited in; First stop for me was information office wheere I was hastly told what to do; After completong a request form I picked a random express desk to go; I was lucky the lady pointed out some missing info on my file so I could remedy the situation. On desk no.2 someone just dropped 6 files so I suggest picking any other desk instead. But the desk clerk was very helpfull. Bring a \dosar cu sine\ because it is required.
