My experience wasn’t so great... I ordered a plant on Sunday, and nothing happened until Wednesday. I called them twice on Wednesday, nobody answered the phone to ask information about my order, so I sent a mail. Few hours later I had a reply stating that the order is going so be sent either that day or the next... Fortunately, I have received the package by the end of that week. Now the real problem ... my plant was infested with bugs, and I mean here the Spider Mites, and it’s extremely hard to get rid of these guys... I have repotted the plant, and I hope that it’ll recover someday, but for now things are not looking great.. :/
