The guys here are very very helpful and the speed and level of service are really good. The products they sell are high quality and they have a large selection of products. The location is airy and you dont feel cramped like and many other bike shops. You can pay contactless. The service prices are decent and they guys are always looking to find a solution suited to your budget.

Very professional
Fast professional service, very friendly employees. Since recently i've started riding my bike to work (24 kms/day). When I brought my hard ridden 7 year old MTB in for maintenance I thought the only advice I'll get is to throw it away and buy a new one. But no, some repairs have been done, in just 2 days, and the bike is like new. Will definitely come back.
Simply the best bike shop in Bucharest. You feel as if the staff is actually trying to help you find what you want performance and size wise and might actually recommend waiting or getting a cheaper bike if it suits you better. Alex, the mechanic is very nice and very dedicated, he will teach you how to repair your own bike even if it comes at a loss for the shop. You can clearly see customer satisfaction is #1 priority :)
