Food and drink very good, only issue is acoustics. There's no sound deadening, and if you get a chatty group in on another table, you can't hear yourself think. Pity as it's otherwise very good

A real gem of a cafe tucked away in St Mary's Walk. This place has a lovely welcoming atmosphere with lovely decor and a nicely displayed selection of products dotted around the room. The staff really make this place really special and I got the impression they would fall over themselves to give a great experience and the best customer service possible. We had paninis that were generously full of yummy filling served with kettle crisps (or chips if you prefer) along with a dinky bowl of fresh fruit slices which made the paninis into a full blown lunch, we were too stuffed to have a full dinner that night so you definitely get your money's-worth. I was offered a good range of dairy alternatives for my coffee and literally nothing was too much trouble. Compared to any of the lacklustre alternatives in the town this cafe is definitely my favourite and I won't be going anywhere else for coffee or lunch again. Owned by the B12 proprietor in the high street, who is one of the nicest chaps you could wish to meet, their standards are true to the B12 philosophy of great food, fabulous ambience and excellent customer service. You must try this place, you won't be disappointed and I guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else once you have. The two businesses make Hailsham a more attractive destination for a local shopping trip.
Fantastic local small cafe/deli. Always a pleasure to visit and the food is always top notch using locally sourced products whenever possible. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
Excellent venue for a party of 40. Food very nice. Really lovely place to have a coffee, or lunch with friends or partner. Very popular, eveningcneed to book.
