At the moment you arrive in that place the waiters give you an excellent feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a kind place to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. yummy meals, experienced chef, good pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I visited Buckle and Vaughan for the first time on Saturday night for my birthday. Our party arrived separately and there must have been some confusion over the booking as for some reason we were sat at two different tables, but we soon found each other! The food selection was great, if slightly overpriced, although every single one of us loved what we ordered and that’s very rare when you eat out with a group. Their cocktail menu was also incredible and they were really well made. Although I felt the food was expensive I am happy to pay for a good quality meal, and I would definitely visit again.
The a la carte menu had the usual variety of good choices but there is also a specials menu with a number of excellent additional options plus on Thursday there is a third menu for steaks. I had crab cake, turkey and chocolate brownie from the specials menu which was all delicious with very generous portions. My wife had a very large whole sea bass which was excellent. The house wine was perfectly nice and only 21. We liked the fact that the tables are now spaced apart to help with social distancing. All the staff wore masks and were quick to clean vacated tables. So we felt very safe and well looked after by a very friendly group. Thoroughly recommend.
Our second visit in a month and the food and service have been consistently first class. What has made our experience especially special is the attention to detail when adhering to the Covid restrictions and procedures. Plenty of space and the manner in which the staff conduct the service whilst serving you gives excellent reassurance. A real must-visit restaurant. Especially during these times. Thanks Liam and all the staff.
Overall high standard of cuisine. Chicken liver parfait and Seafood Boulabais were standout dishes.
