Incredibly rude staff, had a long day and just wanted to buy my items and was spoken to very rudely by the server. Didnt feel safe as the shop is filthy and no one was social distancing inside, felt incredibly intimidated by the security guard who came far too close. Avoid if you can and support independent.

Tesco express. Word express is a joke. Went into this store today approximately 13.00 massive queue 1 staff member on till another trying to fix the self service til. I'm no genius but wouldn't it have been better to have been more constructive to have gone on the til cleared the queue then fix the machine. This is an on-going issue within this store. Im

I don't know why we bother to shop here on occasion. I have no other reason to rate this low other than to say that of the 10 times out of 10, staff have always been very rude. I've written to Tesco concerning one particular person regarding their attitude and foul treatment of customers. Of course no action will ever be taken - but just to make note of. Seriously, save yourself the trip and go to Sainsbury's or Waitrose - or if you can be bothered, the big Tesco.
