Specialist Consulting facilitates access to external funding made available for the Romanian public authorities by the International Financing Institutions – the European Union, The World Bank, The European Investment Bank, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In this sense, Specialist Consulting has prepared vast project funding applications in the formats requested by the respective institution. As a continuation of the project cycle, Specialist Consulting has also taken in charge preparation of expressions of interest for tender participation, bid proposals, technical assistance and project management for funding implementation and post implementation monitoring. So far, Specialist Consulting has completed commissions mainly in the field of design of transport infrastructure rehabilitation works, but has also accomplished various projects related to civil and industrial objectives, tourism infrastructure and town and urban planning.
