We are an european EMS/OEM/ODM provider based in Bucharest, Romania. We design and manufacture electronic equipments for niche markets: green energy power distribution, medical/healthcare communicators, remote operated electrical vehicles, special purpose LED lightning fixtures, public LED signage, other industrial electrotechnical equipments. Our clients are small for-profit companies (SMEs), who need our services for R&D phase (consulting in product and functions design, electrical and electronic schematics, PCB design, prototyping, firmware/software development if necessary, multiple testing) and small volumes production phase (correlating optimal suppliers with BOM, components acquisition, PCB ordering, automated and manual soldering of SMT, THT and BGA components, mechanical assembling, quality control, electrical and functional testing, product boxing and shipping, delivering of printed or electronic documents, including software where needed). Schematic design has analog and digital components, including Atmel and Microchip MCUs (which match very well with the low to medium complexity of the products). PCB design are carefully managed to match the board with specific boxes (if the product have an enclosure). For some projects we also design mechanical frames and structures. For in-house testing we developed our methods and apparatus of various complexity. We can make specific tests in our lab (for most of the equipments), but also on the field (e.g. stress tests of RC vehicles). For special requests we can run "exotic" tests (vibration, heat/cold, X-ray, luminosity, etc.) on 3rd-party labs. We have a good relationship with Polytechnic University of Bucharest, but also with other similar companies or suppliers from Romania and abroad.
