The client base assisted by our lawyers ranges from national and international companies activating in a broad range of industries (such as oil and gas, FMCG, IT, roads and railway infrastructure and transportation, wood processing, sanitation services, tourism), to private equity funds, real-estate developers, constructors, real-estate operators, printing houses and leasing companies. Additionally, our legal assistance usually starts upon the clients'​ entry on the Romanian market and extends throughout their activity, as our main goal is to build a long-lasting partnership with our clients, rather than one-off assignments. Our founding lawyer, Iulia Berea, is a member of the Romanian Union of Lawyers and of the Romanian Bar Association since 2004 and an authorised mediator (pending formal certification). Before establishing her own law practice, she was a founding Partner of the Romanian law firm Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA, where she co-headed the Corporate and M&A and the Labour Department. Previously to founding Bulboaca & Asociatii, she has been an associate with the Bucharest office of the Magic Circle Law firm - Linklaters LLP.
