Balkan Trails. What a great tour company to deal with. We had a great time preparing our tour Vlad was excellent with his help and understanding of what we wanted to see and do. He would reply to us within 24hrs with any questions or concerns. But like so many people this year due to Covid 19 we had to cancel our tour. I spoke to Vlad several times checking on how things were going but unfortunately as we all know the situation did not get better. We decided to cancel our booking and within a few days we were refunded in full our deposit. It is great to find people who value customer service. We will definitely be rebooking our tour with Balkan Trails. We look forward to dealing with Vlad again in the near future. Look no further when wanting a tour of Romania or Bulgaria you can book with confidence.
