I've attached two images, the drink how it is advertised versus what I actually recieved. The tiger brown sugar milk tea was absolutely awful, it wasn't milky at all it was watery and it had zero resemblance of proper brown sugar milk tea, it had a really sickly vanilla taste and the lychee popping Pearl's tasted weird too. The service also wasn't great, I'd avoid and go elsewhere.

Visited the place with my daughter and we had an amazing experience. The drinks were delicious and we had so much fun with the bobas ....Moreover, our drinks were made in a few minutes. Definitely we will go back for our favourite drinks. Big thank you to all of the staff members who were very polite and helpful.
Went today for the first time in the morning and I had no idea what I was doing or what to get, a lovely lady explained everything and recommended the white peach with blueberry boba! I can say it was absolutely amazing the flavors went really well together and it is really refreshing. I will come back to try all the different option they have.
Came here first time and the staff were very patient and helpful when giving me recommendations. I had a mango and passionfruit tea with strawberry bubbles and I loved it. Staff even asked me if my drink was ok as they knew it was my first time which was lovely to see. Great service and great drink, definitely will be coming every time I’m in Birmingham!
Located top floor debenams side not bullring. Same floor as the Toilets, Victoria secret, top man etc. Lady was able to answer all my questions. Completely vegetarian bubbles/boba are made out of seaweed lively pops of flavour I would definitely try the fizzy boba drinks they are amazing combinations but if you want to be spontaneous you can pick your own flavour drink and boba.
