Very helpful over the phone. Listened to what was wrong and was able to advice without coming out.
Fast effective service from the individual who came to fix our washer dryer. Reasonable rates charged for the work undertaken. Will recommend and will have him back if there is any further work to be done.
My washing machine was stuck on its cycle, not doing anything, but making a noise. Telephoned at around 9.30am, chap said he was able to get to me today, but not until the afternoon. Gave me a rough time, and was at my house at the estimated time. Great efficiency! he proceeded to look at my machine, pressing a few buttons. he then unscrewed the filter, and there was a small pebble/stone stuck. it took less than a minute to remove this, rescrew the filter and try the machine again on a cycle. the guy was at my house, 20 minutes MAX (enough time to wait for the 14 minute cycle to finish, and have a cup of tea.) When i asked 'what the damage was' he said, '45 pound' in shock, i paid him in cash...no receipt given to me, and a swift exit! due to this, i will not be using him again, a shame, as he was a friendly guy...just a very expensive one! it would have been a different matter, had he used materials, said there was a call out fee, or if there was any real labour!
