I've bought a home from this company before and things lasted. Pretty solid for a mobile home so I was expecting the same when I bought this one. Wrong. We've had trouble from day 1of moving in with the smoke detectors going off 2-3 HOURS AFTER cooking. The wall joints are not snug; light comes through @ night if someoneneeds to use bathroom or wash clothes. Moving our couch which has solid block feet and the floor ripped up. On my old home I was always moving furniture around and it had round metal feet but never cut into floor. Took them over a yr and half to get correct screen on sliding door and it still doesn't work that great. Even after supposedly fixing in warranty time frame; everything is still messed up. Don't bother to buy from them. Only one person tried to help and her hands were tied and she couldn't do too much but she tried. Not wasting my time on them again.

The entire staff at Clayton was amazing! Lance was the best sales rep we could have asked for. Not only showing us the home and going through the paperwork with us, but even after it was sold he stayed in contact with us and answered all our questions. The Trim team was great and reliable.
