Pretty expensive but understandable and for a taste of home, it was worth a little investment (but won't be a frequent purchase). I paid for shipping and it took 1.5 weeks to arrive! Pretty insane for a tracked, paid shipping. Stuff inside the box was damaged despite having fragile stickers but that's not the company's fault.

I moved to Paris in January and planned on returning to the US for a month during the summer, and then, well COVID came and ruined everything ! I couldn’t get to my favorite American snacks and on top of that, I’m pregnant so I had cravings ! I ordered my favorite treats from My American Shop and they arrived so quickly! Vraiment catastrophique. Une commande le 11 pour une réception des produits le 28 à l’autre bout du monde ! Un service client lamentable et misérabiliste. Des produits ouverts, cassés, éclatés... Du grand n’importe quoi. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !!!! Décidément nul du début jusqu’à la fin !

Commande passée le 5 Janvier, reçu le 9! Très rapide. Je suis très satisfaite, c'était bien protégé. Seul bémol, on ne peut pas choisir son mode de livraison, c'est d'office Mondial Relay et on ne peut pas choisir son point relais et il a été déposé un point a plus de 20km de chez moi Alors que j'en ai a 5min. Mais visiblement ça va changer d'ici peu donc c'est super. Il y a un LARGE choix de produits, c'est abordable. Je repasserai commande a coup sûr ! Car on ne trouve pas ces produits facilement. J'ai reçu une pâte à tartiner Fluff qui arrive a péremption le 22 janvier.. j'ai reçu mon colis le 9 janvier pour rappel. Mais on m'a expliqué qu'il y avait eu un soucis avec le fournisseur et qu'ils n'avaient pas fais attention, au final ils m'ont donné un bon d'achat pour s'excuser. Hormis ça je recommande car ça reste du détail et qu'on a su répondre a mes attentes
