The first time I came here 4 years ago I swore I wouldn’t come back: not only the woman there was extremely rude, when she heard me and my friend speaking Spanish she talked badly to us and chased us to the street and accused us of “damaging” a sheet of paper (that we had not even touched) Today I went back cause I had no choice, the two people there not only were very rude (barely said bonjour, didn’t look at my face) but also they charged me 25cents per printed black and white A4, which I find outrageous. Avoid this place and go to the small copy/internet place across the street ran by a very kind man, and who charges 20c (10 if above 10 copies..)

Not the best customer service. I tried to place my order online but failed because I cannot speak French very well. Instead of calling and struggle over the phone to explain why I had struggled on their website for the past hour, I thought it would be best to go to the store in person (20min away). Luckily for me the man at the counter said he would try English. The response to \I struggled on the website\ was to \go back to the website\. No friendly manner so I thoughy it best to leave it at that. I left the shop with the feeling that I had wasted my time and not really keen to use their services. Three stars because I cannot speak for the quality of their printing (as I did not and will not order) and because the man tried English . They lose two stars because they weren't helpful nor seemed interested in a customer's difficulties to use their service.
Terrible behaviour from the employees.
I have editted this review as the proprietor has since responded to my 1 star review. Contrary to what the proprietor suggests, I do not want small-businesses to dissapear. The staff has treated me unfriendly, and it appears I am not the first to have had this experience. I highly suggest the proprietor to learn from the reviews of it's customers. If the proprietor does not want customers to review his business on Google, he can take his listing offline, that way he does not need to deal with angry customer comments.
big choice of products , fast service, good quality. I am very happy with my business cards and brochures wich I ordered. Kind polite personnel , definitely I will come back
As others have said, horrible experience. Manager is so rude. Couldn't be bother to help us. We ended up chasing the shop trying to buy their products, and they couldn't even tell us the prices. So so bizarre. Evitez!
