Untrained personal performs the COVID PCR screening with non-conform sticks. Have already had PCR tests done in other locations but have never experienced such a “Boucher job”.

Not yet got a chance to visit here, but my appointment was replied to after ten days, can you believe it? But this was just a reply to ask me for a day that meets my schedule and the doctor’s one. So after ten days, I still need to discuss a date, and then it would have taken more time till I could even meet the doctor. Maybe I would have died then.

Maybe I should not post anything, I have never made it pas their voicemail. Obtaining an appointment is excessively difficult, it'll make you waist an awful lot of time. They announce that, if you drop out the queue, they 'commit' to call you back in 1 hour. That is *false*. I am not surprised in the least by the tone of other reviewers.

Even one star is too much for this hospital. After waiting 40 min on the phone to speak to an agent about my bill, I had a very rude and useless agent on the phone. He told me if there was a mistake on my bill I should come myself to the hospital and talk to the doctors and tell they made a mistake in the bill. He only kept repeating the same thing and when I wanted to say a word he would barely let me place even a single word. Finally when I wanted to speak up, while I was talking he kept saying 'yeah yeah yeah yeah'. That person just had an attitude that wasn't professional, and not polite. Now thats not the only thing I had an appointment, was waiting for an hour, then asked the receptionist how long am I supposed to wait? The doctor is an hour late for my appt ? She said oh sorry the doctor is busy I have no idea how long you will still be waiting for and I dont even know where the doctor is??? You are a bunch of timewasters!

Nice place to visit or in case of an emergency.

I was examined by two ophthalmologists and a retina specialist at the Department of Ophthalmology all of whome, together with the nursing staff and interns, showed great professionalism and cordiality. Merci beaucoup!

After a great experience at Cesar De Paepe and very satisfactory experience at the emergency services last Thursday, I was surprised by the overall bad score of the hospital. I now understand better all the bad reviews, having experienced it myself. I came here as I had an appointment with Orthopedic services for a broken toe. The person at the main information desk informed me it was not the right building and gave me directions, which happened to send me away from where I should have gone. Thanks for Google maps. Gotta love walking needlessly on a broken toe. So much for me arriving 15' before my appointment as requested. Upon arriving at the right building, two out of three lifts were out of order. Despite being on time for my 9:50am appointment, I was told by patronising staff at the orthopedic information desk that it didn't matter if I had an appointment, I had to take a ticket and queue like everyone else... What exactly is the point giving people appointments if, in the end, only the time you show up seems to influence the patient order? Considering the poor signage and confusing information given by the Orthopedic information staff, I started looking around to see if I was indeed at the right service, only to be scolded for not following their directions and told to sit back with everyone else. After 30', my number came up and after taking all my information I was sent to a second waiting room where I was promptly called to Dr. Appelmons and nurse, to whom I give 5* for their kindness and expertise. Efforts should be made to organise all this a bit better and to talk to patients, most of whom are in pain and confused, with a kind, gentle, compassionate tone, not as if they're unruly pupils in a schoolyard. Very unimpressed by today's experience.

Just don’t try to phone them ... Tried to call to confirm an appointment when I had received a misleading text message with another date. 1. Getting to speak - even to a general number - reception/secretariat is tough. I rang several times on a few different numbers and no one picks up ... 2. Eventually a person - a rude one. For a simple query that could’ve been answered in 1 minute with a check on their computer- it took several minutes of ‘mais non madame’ as she kept repeating seemingly on autopilot that I should just turn up for my appointment the first one, presumably then to come again if the appointment had been rearranged... eventually, she conceded and checked in the computer - making it seem like a personal favour!
