Very dissapointing experiencing which came as a surpise as I had come already several times to the practice. I am usually treated by dentist Hoosmand but this time for one reason or the other I was booked with dentist Perceval. I have been treated unfairly and there was little comprehension for my concern of leaving my handbag next to the entrance door during treatment. I understand that Covid measures might justify this measure, however, i cannot accept leaving my handbag next to an entrance door where anyone can just take it. In addition, i had not been warned in advance of this measure. I was therefore taken by surprise also because this was the first time i had been asked to leave my handbag at the entrance door. I have never had that issue with dentist Hoosmand in the past (even during Covid times). In any case, one should always be treated with respect. For each situation solutions can always be found. No need to become rude and to say things such as \you leave your handbag here or leave the place\. Of course i wont be coming back...to the extent this matters of course... * * * Response to the dentist's answer Afer having read the answer of the dentist I would like to underline that, contrary to what the dentist is insinuating, i have remained polite at all times. Patients present at the time have not expressed any opinion. The reason for my feedback is not the measures as such (even if I believe it cannot be reasonably expected of a patient to leave the bag in a unlocked box next to the entrance door), but the unfriendly and disrespectful behaviour of the dentist. Lukcily the receptionist was very kind in accepting to keep my handbag hidden under the reception desk.

I called for an appointment, needed 2 fillings and was asking if it is possible to have them within one appointment. The lady was pushing for a first appointment where the dentist would just if the filling is needed and then I would get the new appointment. I know that I need the fillings, but she decided I need to have 2 appointments. The first one would be in a month and who knows when the second one. I asked for the prices and she said they cannot give prices by phone. Because it depends on the patient. Seriously? She cannot give me the price of the appointment and the usual filling??? Obviously pushing for getting as much money as possible. She didn't really bother. But then, by doing so, she just lost a potential high income patient who wanted to quickly fix the fillings but was thinking if this went good, I would consider also to ask for orthodontic services. In other words. She did a great job to lose a patient who was about to spend quite a bit of money at this clinic. EDIT: To reply to the comment given by Dental clinic: The conversation over the phone certainly did not give an impression to be customer related. In the meanwhile I found a Dentist who was willing in providing the information needed before my first visit. I go there just today for the second time and will stick to them. Customer service in person matter, not just claiming some quasy \patient etc concerns\ in a reply to negative review in Google. As I said, I am more than able to afford the financial costs and was considering to go for (not necessary) ortodont services as well, but the attitude I received over the phone was inappropriate and definitely not customer satisfaction oriented. For anyone reading my comment, if you are in a search for dentist who cares about explaining and being nice as well as quality, I am happy to give you the reference.
