Mature cheddar cheese from Wyke any one of them are unique from 6 months to 18 months I enjoy them all. Party time with olives and biscuits just make the best snacks. When you have breakfast you can have it on toasted bread and even sprinkle over fried eggs. Full of flavor and mouthwatering.
I bought you cheese in the LIDL store, Croatia. one of the best cheeses I’ve ever tasted in my life. I have 7 pieces in stock in the refrigerator. All praise for the cheese

Buy Wyke cheese from our local Asda store......tried all the rest....and back to the best!....but over the years....if you get a batch of rubbery cheese not so good tasting ...and if you get a crumbly hard to slice cheese....magnificent,best tasting cheese there is!
