Power Gymnasium lacks the bells and whistles of other gyms. However, it makes up with a unique and genuinely authentic fitness environment. Their coffee is of good quality as well. So don't take my word for it, go in and give it a try. They’ll happily give you a promotional trial too.

This gym has a great culture where people feel welcome and part of the family. Whatever level of experience you have, they will support you towards your goals. They also are great humans too. Humble, hard working, and giving. Big fan!
I love the classes here! So many boxing classes I tried elsewhere didn’t teach proper and safe technique, here we’re taught proper technique even when attending a more fitness-focused class. It’s also a very friendly and welcoming environment, highly recommended.
My 5 year old is crazy about boxing and was keen to get taught. Was a bit apprehensive about going to a "boxing gym" especially with such a young boy but the whole crew there from the owners to the trainers are the most welcoming and generous group of people. Couldn't recommend the place high enough.
What a great place to workout and get fit :) its so nice to find somewhere that I felt comfortable, no judgement, only support. amazing atmosphere with an awesome team. I’m not easily motivated to work out but these guys are the best support system. Thanks so much for helping me make healthy lifestyle choices and making working out so fun
I've been working out for years at different gyms with different trainers. Power Gymnasium and its amazing staff have helped me achieve the best ever results in terms of my overall fitness, strengths, well being and weight. Highly recommended - thanks heaps guys!!!
There isn't any way for me to say how much this place has done for me, you will NOT find a better environment to train in, I have only ever been treated as one would a family member and the skills and knowledge shared by all the trainers is phenomenal. On this journey I have began I am so grateful and blessed to have this gym to call my second home and its members and owners to call a second family. Nothing but love.
Everything from customer service to its facilities are amazing! I definitely wouldn’t ever consider going somewhere else. This place feels like home
