Regarding Bruno’s Burgers on Manchester. On 12/19/20 I placed my usual order of Chili Cheese Fries. Mind you, I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. When I got home (I live on the other side of town, several miles away) my order was TERRIBLE, undercooked and sloppy. Could not eat it, tossed it out. Called the following morning, explained the situation to the owner who apologized and said that he would GIVE ME A COMPLETE REFUND. I drove over there (from the other side of town, several miles away). When I got there the owner said he didn't know me, didn't know what I was talking about and demanded to see the TERRIBLE FOOD. This was a 16 order. I was understandably upset and voiced my displeasure. He then called me the N-word and told me to get the f**k out of his establishment. I will NEVER come here again! 10 years of loyalty is meaningless to this business.
Sanitation issue this morning with worker applying hand sanitizer over his gloved hands. I canceled my order with no problem, but I'll never eat here again.
Great, friendly and fast service. The burgers are really tasty, big fat fries too. I highly recommend.
Been to Bravo's several times. Neve a disappointment. Breakfast is awesome. I like my hasbrowns cooked lightly. It assures a new batch but they give you so much I can make a breakfast out of it with a couple eggs. Never had a wrong order to go and the people taking orders are very nice. The burgers are excellent and they have wide variety menu that allows to put or take away anything on your order. Fries are yummy too!
