AVOID AVOID AVOID! We canceled our order after receiving a sample which was not as good as promised (I told their agent what we ordered last year and I was promised the same quality diaries- which was not even close!) . After order cancelation we received a cancelation fee!?!? A few rude emails from their 'manager' I was told that their normal procedure is not to reserve stock before client received a sample and happy with it, but this time they didn't follow their own procedure and now are charging us for that.
