Really poor. Staff rude, bad choice of wines by the glass. Too expensive for what it is. Really disappointing. I can't understand how this place has good reviews. We tried a wine by the glass which was fizzy and tasted of yeast. It had obviously fermented in the bottle. When we told staff their answer was that it was natural. The waiter even went so far as to shake his head and roll his eyes at me when I said the wine was bad. So rude. I would never return and could never recommend this place. What a shame. To top it off, we asked for tap water as had been provided to everyone else and we were brought bottled water and charged for it. Perhaps they did not like our faces. With regard to the response below, my issue is not with the winemaker, it is with the rude, condescending and unfriendly service of this establishment. For a wine bar to only have a choice of about 5 white and 5 red wines by the glass is a bit odd.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Brugge. You must have an evening here. Paired wine with beautiful food small plates like tapas but better. Ask the Waiter Simon (I called him salmon by mistake !) for his recommendation. He has good taste. Wine is either 90 % or 100 % natural. Nothing added. Been here for 3 hours. Best 3 hours of our trip.
