Beautiful clean shop but estimate was over double other shops and labor was two thirds of the bill which is crazy. Not a preferred shop for my insurance as well, can't believe they don't work with the largest insurance company in the country. They most likely do good work, the cars in there were pretty high end, but was not looking for a big out of pocket bill.

I never went through with using Bruce's for the painting of my vehicle because of the outrageous quote given to me over the phone.

Visited the Midlothian Turnpike location on Friday, May 15th @3:30 PM to get a paint estimate. Salesperson came out from the back office and asked to help me. Explained I would like an estimate to paint my truck. He stood in the show room, looked out the window and proceeded to give me a number he estimated in his head. He did not ask to bring the truck in for inspection. He did not walk out to go look at the truck or walk around. He did not ask for my telephone number or name. It is quite obvious that providing service to customers is not important at this place of business.
