Bruce Engineering made me a kit of Hardox parts for a prototype at a cost of 1450 pounds, they were issued with detailed engineering drawings for each part, it took 3 months and when the parts arrived they were junk! every part was wrong and would not fit, parts were off square, parts were too big, mounting holes were out of position, when we contacted them they told us that they had done their best and would we please go away! one of the most unprofessional outfits that i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, i'm at the loss of my money and 3 months of my time, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An engineering company that cannot maintain basic tolerances is not offering much! Bruce Engineerings defence is that it was too difficult! They didn't even check the parts for quality before dispatch, Pathetic!
