My son has been signed to Bruce & Brown for a year and we are very happy with the agency. It has been nothing but positive experiences for us and are very happy that we are on their books. we have been given some amazing opportunities so far, which I hope will continue, we are having so much fun. I cannot stress how professional the team are, they always get back to me to respond to any questions that I have. considering how busy they must be, I never have to wait very long before hearing back from someone. My 9 month old baby has been with Bruce & Brown for 4 months and I am so glad we accepted their offer. We were lucky to be offered many contracts from lots of agencies but decided to go with Bruce & Brown due to the way they communicated with us whilst we were debating which offer to accept. They are kind, professional and respond to all my silly questions very quickly, without me feeling stupid. They make me feel like my baby is one in a million and I am so grateful for their time, attention and relentless hard work.
We have been with Bruce & Brown for some time now and have nothing but respect for this agency. The ladies are so friendly and polite. Their communication is amazing and they always respond so quickly and concisely to any messages we've sent. We have had great opportunities working with fantastic brands and any time we have been to their head office we have always been welcomed with a smile and a box of toys for the children to play with. Can I also add that when you do go to their office, not 1 but all the staff members welcome you and come over to greet you and your children.
