Told to ring at 8.30 AM to be fitted in that day, rung 54 times, picked up at 9.02 and was told they have no appointments. This was the second day of trying, and my cats really ill but she could only fit me in 3 days time, or to try again the next morning. Receptionist doesn't care and lies to you and wont pick up the phone till she feels like it.
