Friend visiting and wanted Texas BBQ. Several are closed on Mon & Tues but we were lucky to stumble upon Brown's BBQ trailer. The BBQ is solid BUT the hospitality of the staff was what put this place over the top. Worth checking out.

My husband and I stumbled on this food truck while searching for lunch on an early Saturday afternoon. Although I don't eat BBQ, I had to make sure we found something good for my husband to eat. He decided to try this place, and he said it was delicious. The customer service was impeccable, and they answered all of his questions. He ordered the ribs and mac cheese, and let's just say he had a clean plate!!! He said that it was delicious. Furthermore, he also got a chance to sample the brisket, and it was \so darn good\ (his exact response). Make sure you stop by this food truck if you live in Austin or if you're visiting the area!!! Much love from Houston!!!
Absolutely phenomenal and a local favorite! Variety of sandwiches and drinks if you're looking to stop by or want a quick bite. They also do traditional BBQ in their very cool very custom cooker food truck. As well as sausages and their own sweet sauce. Overall, the experience was phenomenal!
Great stuff. Meat is very tender and sauce is good. Also potato salad was different but very good.
