Getting mortgage advice from Beth Stanbridge was a real pleasure. Beth is very professional as well as being warm with a good sense of humour. With Covid-19 restrictions, our conversation was over the phone while Beth shared her screen. This made the whole process very transparent and Beth guided me through it in a clear, accessible way. It was great customer service and left me with a very positive impression of Brown and Merry.
