We had a great experience purchasing a new pick up truck for our business. Our sales agent Dave went above and beyond communicating and getting the best deal for us. We had a custom canopy made which came out of the US and that took about 2 months but Michele was always on top of keeping us up to date and when it arrived they immediately installed the canopy and let us know it was ready. Excellent customer service and my guys are loving the new truck!

I recently have leased a vehicle from. This dealership, and I just want to say what a pleasure it was. I was planning on shopping around and knew exactly what I wanted before I set foot inside. My first experience was when I walked in, and was greeted by a salesman and better yet, gentleman by the name of Robin. He was exceptional at trying to get me the vehicle I was looking for, as I was extremely specific, and knew it was a long shot. He dealt with our negotiations with other dealerships with speed and determination and would not settle until I had exactly what I was looking for. I'm proud to say he found me my vehicle, and not only where the dealership managers great, the finance department was great. They made what would have a been a very difficult purchase, seamless and effortless as a new vehicle purchase should be. I want to thank not only Robin but everyone who participated in my purchase. They have done a wonderful job, and will be recommending them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
The guy there named Peter I believe was rude and standoffish with me from the start and even worse when I declined a service he said I needed which was to do with the lugnuts. He said if I didn't replace them and he put the others back on I might never get them off... honestly it just seemed like he was trying to make an extra buck, then he was rude to me when I declined (I thought about it again and decided I better get the new ones but I was already put off by this guys customer service skills.) I would never take my car there again. I had a poor experience with them when I was looking at buying and because of that went with a different dealership...I should have done that with the servicing and will in the future. I would not recommend this place at all and will never go there again. I would put 0 stars if I could.
I purchased my vehicle back in June of last year and just had my car checked this past week. Both times, I had a great experience, their customer service is great. But most especially to Robert Reilly, very professional and really looked out for my best interest in finding a vehicle that I needed.
Very excited to have bought my first F150 from Brown Bros. I highly recommend speaking to Jerry Maligranda in Sales...very knowledgeable, professional, patient....helped .e ensure I got exactly the truck I was wanting.
