Brother's Chinese Buffet & Takeaway

Brothers was always my favourite chinese in the area until tonight. We phoned at half 5, it took us a while to get through on the phone to start with, they told us it would take half an hour, got there and they said they're now only preparing food when people are in the shop. My partner was waiting for 2 hours tonight and had to walk out in the end, really disappointed with the service we received today, and we certainly weren't the only ones as a lot of people were told the same! I understand tonight was a busy night for you but why lie to your customers? Even the woman at the desk was annoyed! you've now lost a loyal customer.

Lovely takeaway everything cooked lovely one at the end of the road twice fried chips and a paid portion too a big disappointment in comparison.

Was told food would be half an hour, turned up half an hour later, was waiting in the freezing cold shop for an hour before I walked out. In my hour there I watched them mess up 3 orders. Walked out and won't be back.

Good tasty food. Has Korean, Japanese, Malay and Thai not just Chinese options. The chips are nearly as good as a chippy chip.
