We got the holy trinity of Scallops Dijon, Prime Rib, a chocolate cake. I would want these to be served to me at my last supper. The quality and quantity had me saying amen. The environment was very relaxing, sacred, and unique. Skip the salad bar during COVID as people were not wearing masks properly. But they were happy to substitute the salad bar for a different side. Great service and food! A must stop for Omaha.

Love all their steak! My fiancee and I ordered Porterhouse and Fillet Sebastian! It was phenomenal.. Hollandaise sauce and mushroom on top of those fit perfectly! They also have a great salad bar! Will be back for sure!
I absolutely love this place. Best prime rib in town. Fantastic (if not a little interesting) atmosphere. Best salad bar around. Just a wonderful place to get a nice dinner or lunch in a cozy atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, polite, interesting and helpful. Management is very engaged. Pre-COVID I used to eat in the bar all the time and hang out near the fireplace, but now I’m just as content to sit in a booth in the restaurant proper.
My wife and I had a double date with our adult daughter and her husband and wanted to try something new. Googled “best steakhouse in Omaha”and Sebastian Brother’s came up with a lot of good reviews and just as many not so great. We are believers of give it a shot before deciding and we did. There was nothing wrong with the food, it was all good, but there was not one thing that we had that any of us said “Oh my gosh! This is amazing!”; or “This is so good!”. So for the price and the amount of food, I could have went several times to one of our favorites and loved every bite and probably even more so. The ambiance was very homey and romantic, the service was good which is the only reason that I am giving it a 3 star rating instead of a 2. Again, I have to say it was very pricey.
Decent meal. Bread tasted like it was made early this morning. NY strip was ok, cooked as requested but not a prime cut. Nice salad bar mask and hand sanitizer required but large group after me not one sanitized their hands. Neat atmosphere, once was nice probably not again.
