Meat was cooked done, but definitely could've been cooked until the meat was falling off of the bones. Maybe make it a point to ask for tender meat if you choose to visit. I do not suggest the peach cobbler. Complete fail. Too much think unflavored dough. The BBQ sauce was not a winner in my book either...I will mention that maybe I visited on an off day for the counter staff. I called in my order. Called again to mention that I was still enroute. I arrived and my food was not yet ready. My order had not yet even been given to the person taking meat from the grill. I waited over an hour in total after calling, for my food. Then I was disappointed in tough ribs and turkey necks. But I will try again and definitely ask for tender meat this time around. The beef links were tasty. The macaroni & cheese was delicious. This place gives fantastic service as well as delicious food. The best restaurant around here. The food and drinks arrived rapidly and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
It’s super good I went back days later . They know what they doing . The meat so tender and that Mac and cheese remind me of Grandmamas recipe. Good old school style!
The food here is great. Definitely some good BBQ. The two women in the front are wonderful people. The freshly squeezed lemonade is a must have. They have a few flavors. I usually get strawberry lemonade. The reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because the wait time is extremely too long. It’s takes a long time to finally place an order and it takes a long time to finally receive your food. It doesn’t matter if there’s 6 people in front of you or 2 people in front of you, you’re looking at a 40 minute wait.
The take along time to get your food don’t know why they just take for ever everything is high dollar.is it worth it??? No not for a minute you get priced up drinks are 4 standard side customer severance trash. My boyfriend like it but I rather go to woody bbq. I feel like I’ve been ripped off
