Not even worthy of 1 star! I have had to use this post office quite a bit recently due to working from home and every time I go to send something, the staff are always rude... Not all staff i must say. The chap seems like a nice bloke and have never had an issue. I took my parcel in this morning and because I miss heard the lady and placed it on the bin outside her door she blatantly slammed it on the chiller as I walked out (of course with my back to her) - shocking customer service. I've never known a post office to have an issue with people sending post? The old owners used to be lovely! I have lived in Broomfield all my life and never experienced such rudeness from the post office. I wont be using it again. Would rather venture in to Herne Bay and find more friendly office.

I use this post office at least a couple of times a week and I have to credit the hard work of all the employees. Quick service from the two ladies and the gentleman who I have encountered. Paired with a smile and very friendly conversation which will always set me up for a good day The shop is always well stocked and excellent for emergencies! Pack of wet wipes or a bottle of wine when all the supermarkets are closed Overall a very pleasant experience and will continue to use their services!
I have been using this post office for years and I think it's time to change. Staff are rude. No greeting of any kind. No smile. No manners. Unhelpful service, to the point of obstruction. Every post office transaction is a challenge. I have stood patiently waiting to be served so many times whilst the staff finish their conversation, or chat on the phone. I was recently told off for not using the one way system in the shop and when I queried it, I was told the arrows on the floor had rubbed off! Last straw was their refusal to accept a small parcel, which I took straight to another post office...no problem there of course. Every community needs its post office but seriously, I'm not prepared to put up with this level of service any more. They clearly don't want to be there. Perhaps they shouldn't be.
Always helpful. We've gone through alot of stamps recently and they have always supplied no problem where other local postoffice have not been so accommodating.
The service in this Post Office is absolutely disgusting. The lady behind the counter (the older of the two) is rude to the point of being offensive. She looks at me like she's just scrapped me of the sole of her shoe. Everyone in the village talks about it. You clearly hate your job and hate people, time for retirement I think!
