I’ve been going there for a while now and after this evening I’m not sure I’ll return after my membership is up. Which is in another month...they have a specific bed that fans do not work and always has lights out. I specifically asked for another bed and the gal said she couldn’t change the settings. I told her why and she said the beds are all hot and reassured me the lights worked. Nope!!!

I am a business owner, and understand how valuable good employees are, so I wanted to say that Lexie has always remembered my name every time I come in - even though I only need to tan about once per month! I let her know today that people appreciate that - it make them feel warm & welcomed - and her boss should really know how well she represents her business...in fact, I think she should get a raise! (and if you ever want to make a change, I will hire you in a minute, LOL!) Take care of your best people, b/c they are taking care of your investment! Good job Lexie!
Great experience! My spray tan looked great for a photoshoot I did. Will go back! Loved all the specific instructions on their website for prep and post procedures for your skin. My tan was able to last well over a week!
I’ve been coming here for several months as it is close to home. Today, I attempted to move my tanning membership to a red light therapy membership. Here’s the Gold Dust Tanning policy, as explained to me after the front desk employee called her manager: —You must cancel your tanning membership first, which invokes their 30 day ‘notice’ clause... which means they get to bill you one additional time for your tanning membership. —You then are billed for your first month of red light therapy, plus -and get this- a new member initiation fee... at half price. I paid a new member initiation fee back when I first joined!!! I immediately cancelled my membership (invoking the 30 day ‘notice’ clause, of course!) and will look for another tanning company that values their customers. My wife will be doing same.
The space is clean and cute! My tech was super professionally, fast and friendly. She recommended aftercare products without being too salesy. I felt like I got exactly what I wanted. And the tan looks so natural!

I really recommend this place. Tan is beautiful and the girl at desk, was so sweet and helpful!!! I wish I could remember her name, I would go back just because she was so nice!!
