All the staff are extremely friendly and caring. Their interactions with the residents show genuine warmth and understanding. The food is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I have every confidence that my mother is well looked after and safe.

My mother was a resident for about 6 weeks receiving palliative care. The staff all treated her kindly and with dignity. Their care was second none. She had a lovely en-suite room with a superb view over the fields and hills. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brookwood Manor.
My dad was in very poor health and very frail when he arrived at Brookwood. Within 5 days he had made remarkable progress. It was evident that all the staff were contributing to my father's care and support. It is clearly obvious that staff are well trained, highly motivated and deliver exceptional care. You could see that staff love their jobs, are well supported by management and put their hearts into their work. Huge thanks from the whole family.
I visited my family friend at Brookwood Manor last week and was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff and the care that was being given. It was amazing, the feeling was like a home ,very well maintained, I wish I could live there! The food was fab, restaurant standard. Seriously impressed on all accounts!
