I have been using brookside pharmacy for over 20 years. Apart from our usual family meds, I also have a disabled son who takes around 200 tablets a week, nebulisers and inhalers. I have been having the meds delivered to my door ever since they started this service. The delivery people are always pleasant and follow Covid-19 guidelines. In store, the staff, who have worked there for many years, are always pleasant, helpful and offer good advice. They go above and beyond and I would highly recommend anyone to use brookside pharmacy, Whiston. They have sourced medication for me when the UK has had a shortage.
This is the best pharmacy around very helpful staff nothing is to much trouble keep up the good work very hard working and friendly staff .
Needs to be more honest with service users. They lost my allergy list but kept dispensing medications without checking allergens. Allergy lists should be kept on a computer or asked for with each prescription dispense if this is not possible.
Best chemist and prescription service ever ,nothing too much trouble ,lady called Claire helped me so much with my mother’s prescription ,took away a lot of stress from me ,thank you to Claire,and everyone at brook side pharmacy,well done
