Have visited before with grandchildren when the train was a great success. This visit was to look at plants; great selection. Bought a Russet apple tree; very much looking forward to the fruit in a couple of years time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mildly disappointed not able to get a takeaway coffee but that's lockdown for you. Will definitely go back again.

We went last Sunday, the kids went on the miniature train, the trip was excellent (just 2) with lots to see (Santa and Christmas fairies) along the ride. Upon entering the garden centre shop there were singing reindeers and lots of lovely gifts and unusual pretty Christmas things, it brought a much needed spirit of Christmas. I would definitely recommend
Great combination of garden centre, aquatic pet shop, cafe/restaurant and model railway shop, with helpful and knowledgeable staff throughout. The highlight is a miniature railway that loops round the centre, passing genuine railway memorabilia (steam engines, signal boxes, signage etc.). Kids of all ages will enjoy this place.

Clean well.maintained shop. Very nice restaurant. Good selection of goods and garden ornaments and plants. No e staff.Model railway outside.
