Pizza was average, not great. Young lady who took my order over the phone said it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. When I showed up and paid for my order, another girl said it would be a few minutes. I watched for the next 25 minutes as folks came in, paid, then walked out with their order. Finally, I asked if mine was ready yet. The first girl (who confirmed my order when I got there and saw me waiting) turned around and found it sitting on top of the oven. (This was an hour after I called the order in.) I asked why they had me sitting around for 20 minutes; neither girl could muster anything more than a mumbled “sorry” and blank stare. No attempt to make it right, no offer to let me speak to a manager. (Whoever the manager was — one of the only two adults on site — seemed more interested in building pizza boxes and making salads than interacting with customers.) I go out of my way to support smaller “mom & pop” business, but entities that lack the ability to train their employees properly or add above-average customer service to slightly higher prices should die on the vine and fade away. There are far better business who deserve our support and money.

Everything was good, but nothing was excellent. We had to add some seasoning to the chicken parmigiana & the spaghetti. The stuffed pizza is good but salty. I ordered the lasagna, but got spaghetti instead. I just went ahead & took it, because I didn't want to wait. Maybe we'll try again, but it won't be soon!

This place is wow such great pizza also the artwork on the walls are amazing. By the time your finished gazing at the walls, your food is ready. The pizza was great not too greasy where it would be unenjoyable it was the right crisp not burnt and the pizza toppings were great too like cooked to perfection. Very authentic and great flavor and the marinara sauce was great too you can taste the fresh ingredients and flavor just pops out at you. Cant wait to go back and try the other foods the have. You can get a large pepperoni pizza for about 16 but its definitely worth it.

Missing some authentic NY pizza? That thin crust with the bubbling cheese on the top? Priceless! This is it y'all, best pizza I've had in Texas and I'm from NJ. Super affordable and relatively fast 15-20 minutes top.

I was very disappointed in Brooklyn’s today. I had not eaten their pizza in a few years, and their pizza is always so good, so I placed my order over the phone, and when I walk in to pick up my order, NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS WEARING A MASK! NOR GLOVES! The young lady at the register had her mask pulled down and only pulled it up when I started walking towards the counter. There were at least 5 other employees in the back where the pizza is being prepared with NO MASKS on. How is this even allowed during this time?! Where was the manager, or do they not enforce this rule at all? Super disappointed in such a nostalgic restaurant, but I won’t be eating there again.
