I am not a big fan of such food. Just because I had my work out in the morning and was running all over downtown Brooklyn for christmas presents, I decided to try pretzels. I knew there was Auntie’s Pretzel next door but on my way, just as I waked into the building I saw these pretzels and decided to try. Almond crunch bites were the excellent choice! Pretzel bites itself are very soft, combination of sweet cream and crunchy almond (it is really crunchy) is perfect. Highly recommend!

To have a quick bite and that can fill u up, tasty & fresh. I love this place I wish there where more of this franchise than what they have. The pepperoni bites are on the money. Stop by and enjoy bcuz I do and will continue to do so.

Is my first time coming here cause I was craving some cinnamon pretzel. The cashier plainly ignored me and took the order of the woman who came after me first. Didn't even apologized. I asked her to please give me some of the newly fresh pretzels (just like the previous costumer) and she made a face. Turned around, told the other worker who looked at me like "really"? And ended up mixing the pretzels and giving me the ones that were sitting there for a while. Well.. smiles are free, but they gave none. Definately not worth it.

The pretzels are soft and delicious. However, the customer service is lacking as the server wants to talk on her cell phone than provide adequate customer service.

I really like these pretzels they are very good and they are large. (See picture) Customer service is good and they usually give free samples for you to taste.

Got a few small "pizza bites" for 7. Was basically plain dough with half a pepperoni on it. I was at least expecting some sauce inside but there was none so I had to buy a sauce dip for 1.50! Never going back to Wetzels again
