Cant say enough good things about this salon! I’ve lived in almost every borough of NYC and have been tanning for years, Urban Tanz is such a step up from your average tanning spot! Want details? How about it’s spotless, the customer service is off the charts, they have the latest and best beds, and the spray tan technicians are artist with that gun! I was a little nervous at first returning back to my normal tanning routine with covid but felt totally comfortable after seeing the precautions taken and the care they take sanitizing. Normally I use the beds but after months of not tanning I needed a quick fix, Laryssa was my Technician and advised me on what coloring would work best. I was given aftercare instructions and even received a follow up call to see how my spray turned out. So happy with the results and it was so natural looking! A week later I decided to try the teeth whitening service they offer and again I was treated amazingly by the staff and couldn’t have been more satisfied. If you’re looking for a place to pamper yourself look no further! Urban Tanz you rock!

During covid they expired my sessions regardless that I wasn’t comfortable at that time to enter. It’s policy they say. I had two sessions left I think as good practice they could have been more flexible

First time was great! Friendly service and rooms were clean with beds sanitized and ready to go. Be sure to book your appointment ahead of time though their website!

Best place to tan. I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is great. The beds are great. The sprays are the best in the area. Regardless of the time, they always manage to accommodate me. It’s like a little escape from Brooklyn when you walk in!!

Amazing experience! Marie hooked it up with an amazing spray tan. She explained everything in detail and was very professional. The spray tan came out great. I also recommend trying out the beds as well. Overall I highly recommend Urban Tanz!

It is always a comfortable experience here. Always clean. Staff is always polite and happy to explain. Always have a bed open for walk ins. And equiptment is always up to date. Bonus is the eclectic choice of music;-) I will definitely be continuing to get my escapes here.
