We are in love with the chairs we bought from the chair market for both our restaurant and event venue. Everyone we interacted with from our visits to the chair market showroom - especially Mr Bodner (the owner) and Lorena (the phenomenal sales rep and more) as well as the delivery drivers, were incredibly patient and helpful in every which way. I would highly recommend, and I have many times as guests constantly ask about our chairs as they are really pretty and comfortable. I know how hard it is to find a great quality product, with reasonable pricing and along with great service and I have found that with the chair market and hope anyone reading this will benefit from this.

It would be great if they had prices on the items. Its 2021. Great merchandise but having to call someone for the price of each item is SUPER time consuming and unheard of.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Chair Market, MINUS dealing with the salesperson Alan was absolutely and utterly disappointing. After a long process of searching and customizing the perfect chair, I finally placed an order in mid-December of 2018. The lead time came and went, and delay after delay was experienced with the VERY LITTLE information given despite numerous (some weeks it was a daily event) emails and phone calls. FINALLY, the chairs arrived in the second week of July and they were a complete and total mess. The molds (aluminum) were poorly manufactured. The upholstery was HOT GLUED onto the frame in places. Staples were erratically placed to try and keep the upholstery from slipping. Needless to say I had no choice but to refuse the order and demand a refund of the deposit. So, after 7 months of waiting I am back to square one on the chair search. Very frustrated and dissatisfied!
