Excellent food and drinks! We had the shrimp and papaya salad, chicken curry, and lemongrass fish noodle soup to eat. Everything tasted so good. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

A quiet restaurant nestled at the end of a residential street (on a Wednesday early evening, that is). The food was so flavorful and the staff was friendly. I personally loved the onion fritter in the lemongrass soup; it stayed crispy through the whole meal! The outdoor setup was chill too, loved the colors and lights.

Great food and friendly service. They have a fun selection of beers and wine, and the food was super tasty. I also appreciated the attention to detail in their outdoor seating set-up which includes electric heaters and pads for the chairs.

(UPDATED after owner’s response) I’m so sad to write this review because I was really excited to try Burmese food and this place had good reviews on Google. My 2 stars is due to two things - the food and the value. 15 for 4 pieces of prawns (originally thought they were shrimp) is something I have never seen or heard of, nor the group I was with. We felt robbed. Overall the dishes need to be larger if you’re charging that much for them. It’s not a fine dining place where portions are expected to be small and expensive. It’s a casual neighborhood spot. Chickpea curry noodles were over cooked and lacked flavor (and sauce). Tea leaf salad lacked excitement and flavor. Just tasted like I was eating raw chopped cabbage with a neutral oil. Rice - for that amount in those small silver bowls you should be charging less. Or if you’re charging 3 and 4 - give people twice that amount. Fish curry was really good - flavorful, soft, crispy, keep that up! Staff was friendly and attentive.

The best food I have had in months! The tea leaf salad was bursting with flavor, and the tomatoes and chickpeas were perfect accents. The prawn curry was uncomplicated and full of flavor but not overwhelmingly spicy. Shrimp were soft and perfectly cooked. The real show-stopper was the lemongrass fish soup, with its oozy boiled eggs and crunchy sweet fried onion fritter. The dried shrimp relish with slices of cucumbers was great on its own drizzled with lime, but also a nice fishy salty accent to the curry and soup. Even the plain white rice was cooked to perfection. Will absolutely be ordering from here again and telling my friends.

If you are contemplating trying this place, do it. Cute hole in the wall vibes in a quirky setting. Tea leaf salad and pumpkin curry were incredible. Excited to come back :)

Cool spot with impeccable service and a pop up style menu. Our server (gentleman with a Burton hoodie) was very knowledgeable, funny, friendly. There was another gentleman (maybe a bartender, with a beard) that was friendly and professional as well. Kudos to them for putting this experience over the top for my friends and i! Food/Drinks: 8/10 The meatballs and salad with fried sweet potato were very tasty. I probably could have gone there and ordered a few rounds of the meatballs for just myself. I ordered the fish curry and it had a great flavor, but it was nothing extraordinary or over the top memorable for me. The drinks however were excellent and very unique! Value: 3/5 Unfortunatley this place carries the pop up vibe. Limited menu, smaller portions, higher prices. 2 appetizers split between three people with an entree, and splitting a dessert three ways was just enough to keep me satisfied for the night. One drink a piece and our totals came out to about 60 per person before tip. The portion sizes are fair but for 20-27 entree range, in my perfect world, i was hoping for a little more. Even the rice bowls were fairly skimpy. For the quality of the food, service, and location, i think overall the value of this establishment is fair. Service: 5/5 No real comments other than exceptional service from the two gentleman listed above. They had knowledge of the gluten free items and different ways to prepare them. They were funny, friendly, and everything else was perfect! Experience: 4/5 I am unaware of what outdoor seating may exist outdoors in the back, but we were say in the front under a newly built cove of some sorts. It was finished just before we arrived! It had space heaters and a roof. Beautiful flower decore. If you’re in the area, definitely a place to check out. For me, the prospect and crown heights areas have a lot more to offer that I have been excited about
