If I could give this place a negative I would. THE WORST PLACE EVERRRRRRR!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and never call this place for anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RETURN A CALL NO LESS TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO COME TO THE HOME FOR SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT. THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AND DON'T. I've been trying to get someone on the phone for months still nothing. I will NEVER use this place again. and I will make sure no one else does either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

I received a wheel chair from this company and since December 2020 have not came out to replace the brakes for my sons wheel chair. I call to try to see if rainbow processed high chair, no answer or follow up from Galena. This company treats its consumers like common trash. My son really needs his equipment/ and in good working condition. Beware stay away from ordering anything from here

The worst medical supply place I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t return calls, gives a run around, takes forever to get what you need. Over all the worse.
