The owner is not thorough when giving over instructions to repair man. I just needed the end of a bag strap restitched for which he charged 20.00. He did a sloppy uneven job using glue and just a few stitches when it should have been stitched entirely. He would not return the 10.00 deposit. When I threatened a bad review, he said it won't hurt him because he's been in business 30 years!
It's affordable price and keeping quality.customer service is outstanding.
