I had the worst experience with a car dealership sales department wanted to finance a lincoln had a price and term all negotiated and finalized before i sat with the manager to sign and he changed the whole deal over by lies and trying to cheat. I had to waste 2 hours for just for a bunch of none experienced sales personnel.

Wasn't even thinking about this car, Lincoln MKC, but JP called me to offer me a great deal in respone to my request to test drive an Escape, proving his attentiveness, I am happy he did, I am now driving a luxury car and am really happy!

So they told me to come in for a test drive for Sunday, so I walked in and ask if I can test drive it, the manager told me we have no cars today so I told him that they had told me to come in so I can test drive it, so he called me a ‘liar’, then while I was standing there I get a phone call from their representative asking me where I am, I told her I’m standing right here and the guy tells me I can’t test drive it, while I was on the phone with her she called the manager so he tells her that the person that is in charge of test driving didn’t come in today..... so that is the reason for my 1 star rating!
