Petco never disappoints. Always have the exact products I am looking for, albeit at a price a little higher than others. What I like the most is that I can bring my dog into the store and allow her to help shop!

Pretty great shop. There are a lot of Halloween pet costumes. Rodents, pets, mice. Not so many bottom feeding fish or creatures. Easy return/found something awesome that I wasn’t even looking for/most of all the cashier. Your sales partner, Ellen, at Brooklyn Park made a lasting impression on me. She was friendly, personable and helpful. She even reminded me I had rewards to use and asked if I’d like to use them! No one ever does that. I hope she’s there the next time I come in.
Megan does an AMAZINGLY FANTASTICAL JOB!!!! My Poppy always comes home looking AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I will never take my babies to anyone else! Customer service in the grooming department was very rude to me the woman Jody had an attitude from jump she didn’t know how to schedule an appointment I don’t know if she had a bad day or whatever she talked to me as if I wasn’t a valuable customer I don’t trust her with my pet and it was the worst experience that I ever been through I asked a simple question and she went off on me telling me I need to go somewhere else and she hung up on me!!!!!! I would never refer this place to anyone!!
