I used to love this place. Used to always spend a good amount every time I would come. But my last visit was very disappointing. I bought a set that I was not 100% sold on but the sales associate convinced me. When I decided that I wanted to exchange it, I had not even taken it out of the box it was sold to me. First they tried to say the item was a lot cheaper then it was to begin with. Then the manger opened the box and said that the tags were gone. Although I never touched the set or even opened the box. I didn’t even want a refund just an exchange. And was going to buy other products. They refused to exchange. Although they clearly sold it to me like that without tags. Very rude and unhelpful attitude. Unfortunately they just lost a very good customer. I used to recommend this shop to all my girlfriends. Not anymore.
Great place. Sales persons are very professional and help you find perfect match for your dize and shape. I Hily recommend this place, especially if finding right bra is always a problem. They have only high quality langerie.
What a wonderful place, so much product to choose from and wonderful service. Personal at this place will find you a right size and will give you the best advice and also would help you in a fitting room, I would definitely recommended.
