It had an abundance of items, a bakers dream. I was looking for ramekins for Creme Brulee (oval shaped) and they didn't have any the management allowed multiple people in without wearing masks too.

The prices are great for items, but be absolutely 100% sure you have ordered the correct item. If you need to return an item, it is a difficult process. After I returned an item, I was told I could not get my money returned because the item had been used. It had not. I returned the item because it did not fit on my food processor; wrong model. I was told “for a fee” I could get the already paid for item shipped back to me. Never again. It is not worth the pennies saved.

The staff on the floor were super helpful and kind. The store is beautifully well stocked. Parking available right across the street. I wish they'd limit the number of customers in the shop at a time. It was way too crowded and staff behind the counter were not wearing masks.

A professional chef's and home cook's place for cooking and restaurant equipment of all sorts for purchase. The staff are friendly, and willing to help and assist. Extra kudos for an available restroom for public use. While far away from the city, the store of fortunately close to the subway station. A wonderland full of great gems!
