Worse attitudes I see from the ladies working at the front desk, nowhere else beats them. Especially the way they talk to older people, extremely rude almost to the point of yelling at the elders. The wait time is also horrible, after this colonoscopy, I won’t be coming back to this terrible place.
Clinic is always packed with patients, expect minimum 2 hrs wait to see a PA (be aware the front desk will try to fool you by addressing PA as a doctor, they all have a white coat). They hired cheap PA to replace MD. I m paying so much for insurance and copay, i expect to see an Md not a PA. I am okay with NP or PA for family medicine only. Thank you.
Front desk are always busy and doctors here are somehow impatient.

医生只顾自己赚钱，前台不让预约就让去，等了三个小时，把人家的时间浪费了，没有一点愧疚感，这样的医生能看好病吗？只不过挣保险公司的钱吧
